Dr. Angeliqueca Avery is the Founder and CEO of Infinite Potential, a respected organization dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, and communities through trauma-informed and strength-based approaches. She is credentialed by the National Board of Certified Counselors and holds a current Texas license as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S).

Dr. Avery has received specialized training from the Karen Purvis Institute of Child Development and is a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner. Through this work, she has supported TBRI implementation across communities throughout Southeast Texas. With more than a decade of experience as a therapist and clinical supervisor, she also holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and a doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California.

Over the past 14 years, Dr. Avery served as the executive director of a nonprofit organization focused on youth development. Under her leadership, the organization successfully applied trauma-informed, strength-based strategies that reduced recidivism rates and helped youth complete their juvenile probation terms. Her extensive professional background and leadership experience made the 2024 NCCA & NECPA National Conference a meaningful and impactful event for all attendees.
